The Governor requires us to stay closed at least until after Easter due to COVID-19

Stay safe people. Workout on your own and eat the right foods. Join Tiffany’s classes on Zoom. Don’t allow being confined to your home set back your level of fitness. Get some exercise each day and add some intensity. Build up 100m wind sprints, combined with squats, push ups, sit-ups, etc. will keep you sharp until this situation passes.
